Warranty Info

Warranty
We want you to be satisfied. If you purchase a product from us and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact us first for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. We can be reached at (419) 346-3306 or by email.

Limited Warranty
We will repair or replace any part of your product that fails under normal use for one full year. It’s that simple.

Lorenz Productions is not responsible for any costs, losses, injuries or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product. Lorenz Productions will refuse any products shipped without a return authorization number issued by us.

Lorenz's product warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear-and-tear.
• Damage caused during storage.
• Oxidized or rusted components, such as hardware and edges.
• Damage resulting from modifications and changes to the original design including, but not limited to: machining, grinding or waxing, including solvents, cleaners and polishes.   
• Any type of impact damage resulting in but not limited to: cosmetic/top edge damage, i.e. top chipping.

Stand Registration
To activate the warranty on your product, simply fill out the registration form that is attached, or email us the information.

Note
Lorenz Productions offers warranties against manufacturing defects on its products from the original date of purchase when purchased from directly or through Lorenz Productions or an authorized dealer. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date. Lorenz Productions will repair or replace the defective product with an existing comparable model. For further information, advice, questions or warranty claims, please contact Lorenz Productions or an authorized dealer.
